Our tariffs

All tariffs are per week and per suite/villa (not per person). Our tariffs are fixed in Indian rupees but to be helpful we indicate the approximate tariff in pounds stirling. Prices subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

Please note that all Xmas and New Year balances are required to be paid in full six weeks prior to arrival.

To enable our guests to choose whether air conditioning is required or not during the low and monsoon period (April 11th - October 17th), there is an A/C surcharge of Rs.1000 per week if A/C is required. Our tariffs for April 11th - October 17th therefore do not include A/C.

A fully refundable deposit of Rs.4500 is required at check-in if the account balance is paid in cash
